VIVA PLAST and ROTO NT INTEGRATED IN THE SOFTWARE FOR FRAME PROFILES 9®
Dear frame manufacturers, friends, since March 2009 you have had at your disposal the programme for cutting out and price-formation of frame - PROFILES 9®, to which is integrated the data base of VIVA PLAST. In addition to all this, we have entered the elements of the facing for PVC frame ROTO NT in a perfect way. We can praise ourselves with this, that there is not a data base for facing, which is done so precisely and completely, as the base of VIVA PLAST with facing ROTO NT.
Already you can easily cut out except of the standard constructions with VIVA PLAST, as well as of the vaulted and bevelled windows and doors. PROFILES 9® draws with ease the non-standard frame, as for example it calculates the radii of the vaults and the exact angles of cutting of the profiles for the constructions, which are not rectangular.
Тhe programme gives deatailed check ups, for the standard glass packets, as well as for these with angles, which are different from 90°. Information for the glass packets with radii is visualized in a special check up. The drawing of door-windows is done in one plan, and not the door and the window separately. Something more – in one plan there can be combined a case with a window wing and a case with a wing of a door (outwards or inwards). There are staked standards and for drawing of doors with a door wing, except with a whole case down, as well as with an aluminium door-sill, which is especially developed for VIVA PLAST.
The check ups for the facing ROTO NT come out in form of detailed schemes as per elements for each window or at a generalized request as per codes, facing and quantities for a certain order.
