It was the first Bulgarian company to use latest technology matrix having special surface, known as “POWER TOOLS”.
The personnel of “VIAS” successfully finished their specialization in “Greiner Extrusionstechnik”. Austrian engineers also completed the installation, as initiation and general control within the factory.
The system meets the requirements of EN 12608, developed by the European Comity for Standardization of PVC systems. EN 12608 itself is being produced using latest technologies offered by the world’s leading companies “Greiner Extrusionstechnik” and “Krauss Maffei”.
A program of “Greiner Extrusionstechnik” - GETU Institute controls the entirely automated process of manufacturing, thus
offering high quality production.
The surface of the VIVA Plast systems with three and four chambers is a highly radiant, having light-absorbing properties. The high-quality lead-free materials, guarantee that the profiles are environmentally friendly, corresponding to the ecological requirements.
VIVA Plast profiles exposed to high-amplitude weather conditions/moisture, temperatures over 35°С or under -10°С, varying air pressure, acid rains/ remain undamaged, with a smooth surface, radiance and color.
